Michal Jelínek is a partner at the V4 Group consultancy and a director at V4 Audit, s.r.o. (CZ) and V4 Group, Kft. (HU) which is part of the V4 Group. He also acts as the statutory representative at V4 Tax and V4 Account.

Michal specializes in the challenges of international taxation, tax planning and transfer pricing, while focusing on current developments in ​​transaction taxing for cryptocurrency trading. He also provides expert advice on acquisition-related accounting due diligence.

Michal is a Master of Economics and holds a PhD from the University of Economics in Prague.

He gained extensive experience as a tax consultant, and subsequently as manager of departments of international taxation, tax planning and transfer valuation at leading international tax-advisory companies based in the Czech Republic.

Michal has been involved in transfer valuation since 2006, and in 2018 Verlag Dashöfer published his comprehensive study concerning permanent establishment, affiliated companies, and associated companies under transfer pricing.

As well as working with V4 Group clients, highly experienced Michal also delivers frequent lectures on various themes including international taxation, transfer pricing, and taxing cryptocurrency transactions. He also gives presentations on the training of tax advisors at the Chamber of Tax Advisors (Czech Republic and Slovak Republic).
